No, I do not accept insurance. I have found that clients who pay out of pocket for services obtain maximum benefits, allowing for greater flexibility and privacy in our work together.

2. Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes, I offer virtual sessions for your convenience. This allows you to receive counseling or coaching services from the comfort of your home or another private space.

3. What types of counseling or coaching do you specialize in?
I specialize in individual counseling, relationship coaching, and transformational coaching. My goal is to provide personalized support tailored to your unique needs.

4. What can I expect during the first session?
During the first session, we will discuss your goals, challenges, and what you hope to achieve through counseling or coaching. This is also an opportunity to ask questions and ensure you feel comfortable moving forward.

5. How long are sessions, and how often should I attend?
Sessions typically last 60 minutes. The frequency depends on your needs and goals, but most clients find weekly or bi-weekly sessions most effective.

6. What is your cancellation policy?
Please give me 24-48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.

7. How do I get started?

8. Do you provide services for children or families?
Currently, my practice focuses on individual adults and couples.

9. How is coaching different from counseling?

10. What are your rates, and do you offer sliding scale options?
